Shipping Policy
U.S. Orders
We do our best to estimate delivery dates for your purchase.
The estimated date of delivery of your order and the cost of shipping depends on which Delivery Speed you select during Checkout, which factors in item availability, processing time, and transit time.
Please note: You may receive your items on different days and in multiple boxes. When your items ship, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information you can use to track them online. Orders will be processed within 2 business days.
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office and UPS, such as New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Sometimes the availability of the items in your order may change while we are processing your order. In this event, you will receive an email notifying you of a delay, and the remaining eligible items in your order will be shipped as scheduled.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at the time of checkout. Below are estimates of shipping costs:
Priority Mail: Transit Time 3-5 Business Days $7.50
Priority Mail Express: Transit Time 2 Business Days $28.99
*Transit time is the time between leaving our fulfillment center and delivery to you. Items in your order may ship separately. Tracking information is provided in the confirmation email. Order process time is seperate to transit time.
International orders
There is no set rate for orders shipping internationally. To see the shipping fees for an order shipping internationally, create the order and begin the Checkout process. You will be provided with a shipping fee before you place the order.
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties based on the country where the order was shipped.
Gurpreetkaursidhu.com is not responsible for customs fees, and charges are not incorporated into the total cost of your order. Please contact your customs office for further information.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment for items returned within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order along with a proof of purchase receipt. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened.
Refunds (if applicable)
If your return is initiated within 15 days, we will inspect the returned item and email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds via original form of payment, within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@gurpreetkaursidhu.com with your reasoning and send your item to: P.O. Box 21401 San Jose California United States 95151-1401. We will ship out your exchange as soon as we have your item in stock.
Non-refundable & non-returnable items
Signed author copies and bulk orders placed by customers and/or wholesale retailers are non-refundable & non-returnable.
